<br />FINANCIAL STATUS INFORMATION <br /> <br />In as much as we are still relatively a young company, we followed the most financial advice <br />from our accounting firm. We understand the importance of financial standing in terms of credit <br />worthiness. For this reason, the concern of timely payment to our officers on this contract should <br />not be an issue given the fact that we are currently in good standing with our Financial Institution <br />and our accounting firm, Forbes and Rydell. Forbes and Rydell stand ready to attest to our <br />financial capability. <br /> <br />In addition, Forbes and Rydell at 11883 SW 9th Manor, Davie FL 33325 is the accounting firm <br />being used by Bayus Security Services providing monitoring and advise in regards to company's <br />account and finances, It reviews the balance sheets of Bayus Security, statements of income and <br />statements of cash flows. It submits the company quarterly and end of the year reports to the <br />State and Federal Revenue agencies. <br /> <br />Presently, Bayus Security Services banks with Wachovia Bank and Regions Bank in Miami <br />Florida. Bayus Security does have a good relationship with Regions Bank in Miami, FL which <br />assist with any financial needs that the company might have. Bayus Security is very much in <br />good standing with Regions Bank. Bayus Security does have the resources necessary to perform <br />the services outlined in this RFP on a state-wide and/or regional basis. Bayus Security is eligible <br />to also receive Dun and Bradstreet report. <br /> <br />24 <br />
