Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)

The Quality Assurance Plan is formal, organized system used to identify and control operational
and procedural deficiencies, to ensure that timely corrective action is taken, and to ensure that
inspections and actions are reported, documented, and filed properly. To ensure that the Quality
Assurance Plan is effectively executed, specific responsibility is assigned to the project manager.

Policy- It is our policy that performance standards be determined, achieved and
maintained throughout all operational elements and that the QAP provides for the
detection of actual or potential deficiencies, marginal performance, and trends or
conditions which could result in unsatisfactory performance. It is also policy that this
plan provides for timely and effective remedial and preventative action as the availability
or objective evidence of inspections during the contract.

Procedures-The basis for checking the level of the quality of performance is a two-fold
quality inspection system comprised of the consistent use of inspection checklists
throughout the project, and a centralized program for conducting quality assessments in
accordance with this contract,

Implementation- The plan will be implemented by the performance of both scheduled
and unannounced inspections of all functional area, procedures, equipment and crossing
areas. Furthermore, the plan is to be implemented by providing assistance, advice, and
authoritative guidance by the project manager and supervisory personnel.

Detailed Reporting Procedures

As a Bayus School crossing guard staffed on this contract, it is expected that the Officers adhere
to the general procedures and orders as detailed below:

.
