<br />GECKOGROUPINC <br /> <br />STAFFING <br /> <br />In order to fulfill the requirements of this specific project, Gecko Group, Inc. has selected the <br />following professionals to manage and oversee the Bella Vista Bay Park Improvements. <br /> <br />Jorge Garcia G.C.lR.A. Will be Project Administrator/Manager for the proposed Project, He is a <br />state registered general contractor and a licensed architect. Mr. Garcia has twenty years of <br />experience in the Design/Build industry, he has coordinated the design and construction of <br />commercial, Industrial, residential and mixed use projects in South Florida. In addition, as co- <br />owner and qualifier of Island Days Co. a marine contracting firm, he designed, constructed and <br />restored seawalls, docks and canal banks throughout the local municipalities. Mr. Garcia has <br />recently completed the Marine Unit for the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue at the Port of Miami. This <br />6000 SF facility is the Staff Quarters and Main office for the department. <br /> <br />Jamal Zade, P.E. will be the proposed Site Supervisor for the Project. Mr. Zade has a diverse <br />background in engineering and construction management, he has provided direct supervision <br />and quality control for complex structural projects. He has currently completed the <br />reconstruction, restoration and waterproofing of three Midrise 14 story residential buildings in the <br />City of Miami for the Miami-Dade Housing Authority. As the Project manager for this project he <br />will work closely with city officials and Design professionals to facilitate and streamline the <br />various trades and services to be provided in this project. His experience with government <br />agencies and private sector projects along with his dedication of providing exceptional client <br />service makes him ideal for the Project. <br /> <br />Yamil Kuri P.E. will be the structural coordinator for this Project. Mr. Kuri is a state licensed <br />structural engineer, a state registered general contractor and a state certified threshold inspector. <br />Mr. Kuri specializes in structural system erection and coordination of related trades. He has also <br />coordinated restoration and rehabilitation of structural system in Historic buildings.
