This event will <br />feature several activities, entertainment and a barbecue style lunch for the residents. <br /> <br />Shorty's Bar-B-Q has proven exceptional service and product in the catering business and <br />was the most responsive bidder to Request For Proposal (RFP) number 11-04-01. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />This agreement provides for meals, beverages and dessert for 3,500 guests and the <br />ceremonial cakes as well as all plates, napkins, eating utensils, condiments, serving <br />utentils and serving tables, as well as the personnel to efficiently and effectively cook and <br />serve under the direction of an on-site event supervisor. <br /> <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> <br />Funds are budgeted and available for this agreement in the Special Events Account <br />number 10.572.5574 in the General Fund. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
