As part of the permit requirements, the City implemented a <br />Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) which requires maintenance of the existing <br />municipal stormwater systems inclusive of catch basins, drain lines, and outfalls covered <br />under RFP 11-04-03. <br /> <br />A TT ACHMENTS: <br />.
