Keeping YOllr <br />THOR GUARD lightning prediction and warning system operating propcrly is critical. This equipment <br />needs to be maintained on a regular basis. The primary purpose or this maintenance program is to <br />perfbl'ln a complete and thorough system analysis four Lo six timcs annually, frequency defined by the <br />environmcntal conditions in your geographic area. The customer, <br />hO\vever, is responsible for daily, routine maintenance of their Thor Guard system in order to guarantee <br />that it is operating properly on an every-day basis. Neither Thor Guard nor the Service Agent is <br />responsible for any disruption of service due to normal wear and tear after this maintenance service <br />agrccment is completed. <br /> <br />Please send a signed copy of this agreement, along with your payment to: THOR GUARD, Inc.
