There are several different camps each utilizing buses. The expense for these buses <br />is covered in the camp fees that are paid by the participants. <br /> <br />The City issued RFP Number 11-05-02 for Transportation Services in which Unique <br />Charters submitted the most competetive pricing. The anticipated number of rentals for <br />the summer camp program are estimated to cost $44,994.00 based on the rates submitted <br />by Unique Charters. There may be opportunities to utilize Unique Charters transportation <br />services for other City sponsored programs and activities such as Winter and Spring <br />Break Camps and Cultural Events. This agreement will provide for an additional reserve <br />fund of $5,5006 for a total Not to Exceed amount of $50,000.00. Unique Charters will <br />invoice only for services rendered and will be paid as services are used. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />In the event that Unique Charters is unavailable to fulfill a Transportation Services <br />request, it is the City's desire to establish American Coach Line of Miami as the alternate. <br />Amounts paid to American Coach Line of Miami will reduce the amount paid to Unique <br />Charters so that all transportation service expenses will not exceed $50,0000.00. <br /> <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> <br />http://sibagenda.sibflnet/agenda/Preview.aspx?I temID=52I &MeetingID=O&MeetingDate... 6/1 0120 II <br />
