Seller sells to Buyer the merchandise described on the reverse side. Until Buyer pays for such merchandise in full: (1) Seller retains a security interest in such merchandise; (2) Buyer shall not sell, remove or encumber such merchandise; (3) Buyer shall be responsible for all loss or damage to such merchandise; (4) Buyer shall insure such merchandise against loss by fire, theft, or Act of God. Upon Buyer's default in payments, or in the above promises, Seller may, at its choice, declare the unpaid balance due, and also may (at its choice) take back the merchandise. Buyer agrees to hold seller harmless for any liability caused by delays in shipments. Buyer agrees to inspect all product upon delivery and note any damage from transit on delivery receipt. Floor models and used items are sold "finish as is." All further claim is waived. PRICE GUARANTEE: Within 3 months from the date of purchase, if you find the same new acoustic piano purchased from us (described on the reverse side) advertised for less by an authorized dealer, then we will refund the difference (must include all benefits). RESTOCKING FEE: A restocking fee of 25% of your purchase price will be deducted for all cancellations.
