<br />o 0 0 Prope <br /> <br />Proposal#: 16-02-0oo347-P <br /> <br />Equipment and Installation Warranty <br />Policies <br /> <br />One (1) Year Labor Warranty Policy <br /> <br />What is Covered - Our warranty covers the original end user purchaser only for equipment malfunctions and defects <br />in materials and workmanship that affect the performance of the equipment, with the exceptions stated below. <br /> <br />How Long Coverage Lasts - Our warranty runs for one (1) year on labor and accessories (3) years on digital video <br />recorder unit from the date of installation. Components covered under this warranty are all components listed on the <br />accepted proposal. Cameras are also covered for a period of one (5) year from the date of install. No warranties, <br />express, implied or statutory, will be in effect beyond the applicable warranty term. <br /> <br />What Is Not Covered - This warranty does not cover equipment damages caused directly or indirectly in whole or in <br />part by acts of nature, crime, lightning strikes, power surges, vandalism, equipments that have been smashed, <br />broken, burned or any other unreasonable use, abuse or misuse of the equipment. Opening the housing of any <br />camera with a fixed lens. Cutting the connectors off any equipment. Adding 3rd party software to a DVR <br />without prior approval from our technical support department. Damage caused by the fault of the customer <br />(for example dropping or breaking the product, improper voltage or removal of any component) will void <br />your warranty. We cannot warranty any used cable. Our obligation is limited to providing service as described in <br />this warranty. <br /> <br />What We Will Do - We will promptly inspect the equipment to determine if a problem exists that is covered by this <br />warranty. If we determine that an equipment defect is covered by this warranty, we will repair and install it at no <br />charge or, if a repair cannot be made, replace it with new equipment. Equipments needing to be repaired that are out- <br />of-warranty will be inspected and the necessary repairs will be quoted to the customer. If the quote is accepted, the <br />said repairs will be made and the equipment installed (at the customer's expense). If you choose not to have an out- <br />of-warranty repair made, we will dispose of the equipment or return it to you at your expense if you so request. <br /> <br />*** NOTES: <br /> <br />We will connect the DVR (camera system) to the client internet service provider <br />base on the customer request. The internet cabling must currently be in place to <br />successfully connect the component for remote access. <br /> <br />.
