Vera, Assitant City Manager 1 Service <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />7/21/2011 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Easement Agreement with City of North Miami Beach <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution for an easement agreement with <br />the City of North Miami Beach. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />As part of the development of the Heritage Park and Parking Garage the City has to <br />provide an easement for construction, operation and maintenance for the water meters <br />and backflow preventer for the Heritage Park and Parking Garage to the City of North <br />Miami Beach. The easement is part of the housekeeping measure that the City is require <br />to complete prior to final Certificate of Occupancy <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
