Vera, Assistant City Manager/Services <br /> <br />DATE: July 21,2011 <br /> <br />RE: Assignment of Transfer of Development Rights <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached Resolution to allow Plaza Isles, LLC to transfer the <br />development rights that they currently own to Abus Sunny Isles, LLC. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />On August 20, 2009, Plaza Isles, LLC established an account in the City's Transfer of <br />Development Rights Bank. Plaza Isles, LLC now wishes to enter into an agreement to transfer <br />the development rights in the amount of 40,000 square feet to Abus Sunny Isles, LLC.
