The <br />work was done at night over a three month period. It was done <br />in increments and performance times were critical to accommodate <br />airline pairing during displacement, etc. Cross performed <br />exactly as scheduled to the day. Their contract administration <br />and dealings with the Industrial Hygienist were very professional <br />and the entire project went like a training film. Their second <br />subcontract at T.r.A. was for about $750,000 and involved removal <br />of fireproofing above the occupied transfer level of the landside <br />building. Again, their performance was exemplary. <br /> <br />Cross Construction Company has subcontracted other abatement work <br />from us up to $1,000,000 and they have always performed to the <br />highest standards.
