Any demo job is dangerous, this one is especially dangerous because of its height and <br />close proximity to the hotels to the north and south. Hector Ramirez has put safety first while keeping <br />production at a high level. His professionalism is second to none. ArnolfHerrero filled in seamlessly <br />during Hectors time away from this project also putting safety first and making sure to consider the <br />needs of the hotel's on either side. Juan Orosco has run his machine like an artist at play....many locals <br />stand across the street for hours in amazement. He has taken the building down as strategically as it was <br />put up. Your entire crew has worked efficient and safe and for that I would like to say thank you. As we <br />continue to move closer to completion, please share my thoughts with the crew and remind them to keep <br />up the great work! This is my second project (Las Palm as) with Cross in the last few months and my <br />experienced was very much the same.
