ARNEY <br />President <br /> <br />Background and Experience: <br />Mr. Arney started with Cross Construction Co. in 1981 while still attending high school <br />and college. He trained as an apprentice to asbestos workers performing various tasks <br />associated with the abatement industry. He attended Retra Services, Inc. (an accredited <br />facility representing University of Florida/Treeo Center) and completed the AHERA <br />certification as and asbestos worker. After further experience working on crews, Mr. <br />Arney was promoted to Project Supervisor in 1988, coordinating work crews of 10 to 50 <br />men. In 1991 he was promoted to Project Estimator, responsible for the preparation of <br />bid proposals. <br /> <br />Becoming Vice President in 1992, Mr. Arney was responsible for estimating and <br />preparation of bids, pre-bid attendance, specification review and take-off, coordination of <br />project schedules, cost control and scheduling of supervisory personnel for projects. <br /> <br />In 1996 Cross Construction Company incorporated Cross Construction Services, Inc. to <br />exclusively handle the environmental division. In 1999 Rusty became President ofCCS. <br />In 2004 CCC and CCS again merged to offer turn-key services to our clients for all their <br />environmental requirements as well as demolition services.
