The area being leased is not being used by WASD <br />and contains no improvement other than some old asphalt. <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach, at its sale cost and <br />expense, is going to turn the property into a passive park. <br />The park will be open to the pUblic seven days a week <br />from sunrise to sunset. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />. <br />
