Mr. McGinn comes from Coopersburg, Pennsylvania. He is a 1992 gradu- ate of King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. An avid sports en- thusiast, Jim played football for King's College, and also played rugby for a club sport. Prior to join- ing the Florida League of Cities in October 2005, Jim worked for Penn Miller Insurance Company for eight years in the capacity of a marketing representative as well as a commercial lines underwriter. In addition, Mr. McGinn earned his CPCU designation in August 2004 and is currently pursuing his ARM-P designation. He currently holds the State of Florida insurance licenses for General Lines, and Life and Health. ~ Mrs. Dorothy B. Rollins Underwriter - South Territory Mrs. Rollins is responsible for overseeing the quotes, new business, endorsements, renewals and audit processes of the South Team for the Florida League of Cities. Dorothy joined the Florida League of Cities in July of 2006 from CNA Insurance Company where she was responsible for main- taining risk management and special policies. Dorothy has more than 10 years property and casualty insurance experience.Dorothy earned her Bachelor's Degree in Management from Myers University and her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is always looking to increase her knowledge of insurance by taking classes offered by the Insurance Institute of America where she has received certificates for Risk Management for Public Entities (RMPE) and General Insurance (INS). Mrs. Rollins is currently pursuing her Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities (ARM-P) and CPCU designations. Mr. Ronald E. Peters Risk Control Consultant Mr. Peters handles Risk Control operations for the southernmost area of Florida and any operations that require a Construction Safety expertise. He has a great talent for finding the areas of improve- ment and using his consultation skills to work with all participants to find cost effective resolu- tions. His experience includes heading up the safety and health operations at two construction companies, providing safety and health training for both non-construction and construction opera- tions, and providing consultative services on ways of improving risk conditions. Also, he has experi- ence as a company owner and operator, a videographerjeditor, and did a tour of duty with the United States Air Force. c
