<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach: Special Inspection Services <br />RFQ No. 11-07-11 <br /> <br />C SECTION 7.0 <br />SCHEDULE <br /> <br />RFQ, Section 2.3 states, "This contract shall commence upon the date of issuance of a the Notice to <br />Proceed (NTP) from the City Manager or his designee and shall remain in effect until such time as the <br />commodities, equipment and/or services acquired in conjunction with this Request for Qualifications have <br />been completed and accepted by the City's authorized representative and upon completion of the <br />expressed and/or implied warranty periods. The proposer shall include the time necessary to complete <br />this turn-key project from permitting to final close-out." <br /> <br />URS will work in association with the City and approved general contractor(s) and provide the necessary <br />construction administration, special inspections, geotechnical, testing and consulting services for this <br />contract on an as-needed basis.
