URS has substantial liability insurance to protect itself from litigation. Additionally, the <br />Company has substantial assets, including liquid assets of several million dollars. Companies that are our <br />size will have various legal proceedings pending against the Company or its subsidiaries in connection with <br />the performance of professional services.
