Mullin <br />has been responsible for geotechnical design work on a wide variety of <br />projects, including foundation design of water/wastewater treatment <br />facilities/infrastructure and other industrial structures, nuclear and fossil <br />fuel power plant structures, reservoir embankments, transportation <br />facilities, ports and harbor structures, numerous high rises, landfills and <br />commercial and industrial structures. Mr. Mullin has lead the civil design <br />efforts for over 16,000 Acres of Stormwater Treatment .Areas in the <br />Florida Everglades. He has extensive experience pertaining to foundation <br />design and construction, site earthworks and structural backfilling, <br />foundation load test programs, earthwork and QCQM testing procedures <br />and documentation, installation and evaluation of geotechnical monitoring <br />instrumentation and state-of-the-art pile and drilled shaft load testing. Mr. <br />Mullin presently serves as the Ceotechnical and Civil Desit,l11 Services <br />Manager for the URS Boca Raton, Fl office.
