Contraints <br />during design included maintaining continuous utility service the <br />homeowners during construction. The utility improvements included <br />planning, design, permitting, bid assistance and construction phase <br />serviccs for the City of Boynton Beach Utility Department. <br /> <br />River Club Park of Commerce, Bradenton, FL <br />Project Manager for a 500 unit residential and 125,000 sf professional <br />office mixed use development located on 165 acres in Manatee County, <br />FL. The project involved design and permitting through state regulatory <br />agencies including FDOT, FDEP, SWF\'(1NID and Manatee County. <br /> <br />Emerald Field, Hudson, FL <br />Project Manager for the planning, design, permitting and construction of <br />a 324-unit residential development located on 60 acres in Pasco County. <br />FL. Innovative design enabled a balanced earthwork design on a site <br />located at the low end of a closed drainage basin.
