<br />Responsible for all aspects of construction and engineering inspection. Duties included the supervision of all project
<br />personnel, the scheduling of meetings such as but not limited to preconstruction, utility, pre-paving, pre-signalization, pre-
<br />piling, etc... Duties included the construction supervision, and engineering inspection of major structural contractor operations.
<br />Major items of work included drilled shaft installation, pier pours. Superstructure erection of steel plate girder bridges. In
<br />addition was responsible for the monitoring of all sampling and testing on the project; and the issuing of materials certification
<br />statements as required on the project.

<br />Responsible for all aspects of construction and engineering inspection. Duties included the supervision of all project
<br />personnel, the scheduling of meetings such as but not limited to preconstruction, utility, pre-paving, pre-signalization, pre-
<br />piling, etc... Duties included the construction supervision, and engineering inspection of major structural contractor

<br />Road Bridge, superstructure erection of false work, placement of mild steel and main post tensioning steel, and placement of
<br />concrete deck. The superstructure consisted of a continuous post-tensioned slab pile over the Daytona Road Bridge.

<br />scheduling of meetings such as but not limited to preconstruction, utility, pre-paving, pre-signalization, pre-piling, etc... Duties included the
<br />construction supervision, and engineering inspection of major structural contractor operations, in the capacity of Sr. Bridge Inspector. Major
<br />items of work included supervision of pile installation in Indian Creek Bridge, superstructure erection of false work, placement of mild steel
<br />and main post tensioning steel, and placement of concrete deck. The superstructure consisted of a continuous post-tensioned slab pile
<br />over the Indian Creek bridge. The spans were in excess of 140ft. In addition was responsible for the monitoring of all sampling and
<br />testing on the project; and the issuing of materials certification statements as required on the project.

<br />Sr. Bridge Inspector _ Widening and reconstruction. Responsible for the administrative and technical aspects of the bridge portion of the
<br />project from letting through the submittal of the final estimate. Responsible for the complete inspection of pile driving operations, concrete
<br />pier column pours. Duties also included the field supervision of steel plate girder erections. The bridge consisted of a two lane ramp with
<br />several continuous units of spans up to 180' on sharp curve. The spans consisted of steel plate girder with full depth solid diaphragms on

<br />Senior Bridge Inspector _ This project included the construction and engineering inspection of a $9 million contract for the Florida
<br />Department of Transportation. Some of the elements present in this contract were new construction, re-surfacing and widening 5 miles of
<br />roadway including two grade separation structures along SR-90 (US-41) (Tamiami Trail) in Dade County, Florida. Inspector of Structures
<br />and Bridge Construction for continuous flat slab bridge over Tamiami Canal. Bridge construction widening of SW 97th Avenue, over
<br />Tamiami Canal and total bridge reconstruction of SW 8th Street over 94th Avenue canal. Responsibilities included the inspection of Pre-
<br />cast piles, pile driving, reinforcing steel layout and the concrete testing of the sub-structure and super structure, bridge and roadway
<br />drainage, highway lighting, fencing, guardrail, maintenance of traffic and roadway inspection, monitoring embankment progress the
<br />compaction and density on the highway. Supervision of the contractor and all the sub-contractor bridge and roadway construction
<br />operations, as well as maintaining project records and approvals of contractor and sub-contractors pay schedules.
