<br />PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
<br />
<br />Mr. Thomas has more than 17 years experience in Construction Materials
<br />Testing and Inspection Services, managing numerous projects involving
<br />subsurface investigation, laboratory testing programs and evaluating
<br />construction activities throughout South Florida. Mr. Thomas has
<br />extensive experience in deep and shallow foundation systems, inspection
<br />of reinforcing steel installation, masonry wall construction, structural steel
<br />installation, concrete placement, roofing installation and non-destructive
<br />testing. He has been involved in construction/foundation installation for
<br />commercial, municipal, retail and school facilities, and has monitored the
<br />construction of a large number of civil and structural designs involving
<br />earthwork, concrete, masonry and asphalt operations. In addition, Mr.
<br />Thomas has acted as the Special Inspector in over 30 tower
<br />communication structures, small and medium rise buildings in the South
<br />Florida area, including schools, hospitals, gymnasiums, auditoriums,
<br />transfer stations, etc.
