<br />Project Description: Project consisted of adding a new Sunpass only exit
<br />interchange north bound and south bound with an extension of 1.5 miles off of
<br />Jog Road to State Road 710 in Riviera Beach Florida. Project include of 2 MSE
<br />walls, one bridge spanning over the turnpike, 2,000 feet of 8 feet tall cast in place
<br />sound wall and drainage improvement.
<br />Services Provide Assist the senior inspector in monitoring and inspected the
<br />field placement of all structural fill material including sampling and material testing
<br />of embankment, pipe-backfill, sub-grade and base rock. Assist the senior
<br />inspector in sampling and test the placement of all structural concrete including
<br />drilled shaft, (for Mass Arms and Cantilever Signs). Assist the senior inspector in
<br />monitoring the milling and paving operation for all milling of existing asphalt
<br />pavement and new Superpave Asphalt Concrete placement including monitoring
<br />spread rate, cross slope, and straightedge.

<br />Project Description: Two-Six Story with two level of Parking Garage in each tower.
<br />The foundation consists of auger-cast piles with pile caps and grade beams. With
<br />a reinforced concrete structural slab on grade, eight inches reinforced post-
<br />tension slab was used on the entire elevated slab. Structural frame consist of
<br />reinforced concrete columns and exterior reinforced concrete masonry wall.
