Inc. <br />~lExcErT'oNAL SOLUTIONS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />As Prime Consultant, CGA will coordinate and supplement these new sub-consultants as well as: CGA/EAS <br />and pending permitting issues; BHA: Architectural, MEP & Structural; CGA Civil Engineering and CGA <br />surveying services. As Prime Consultant for the Pier, CGA will also coordinate local permitting with DERM <br />& WASD and local service entities: FPL/TECO Gas/CNMB/AT&T & ABB. As Prime Consultant for the <br />Bridge, CGA will also coordinate local permitting with DERM/FPL/FDOT and Miami Dade Traffic. <br /> <br />In the capacity of Project Manager (PM), CGA will administrate and coordinate all of the efforts of the <br />Prime Consultant, permitting, A&E sub-consultants, inspection & materials testing services and the <br />Contractor. As PM, CGA will manage the Contractor and the Contractor's completion schedule; provide <br />reports and coordination with the City; chair construction progress meetings; process Pay Requests, <br />Submittals and RFI's; review Change Order Requests; and review Substantial and Final completion <br />requests. <br /> <br />CGA will also provide Capital Projects Representation (CPR) services. As CPR, CGA will provide field <br />representation on a periodic basis to monitor the specialty inspectors and services, construction progress <br />and Contractor's adherence to schedule and quality control. Upon conclusion and receipt of all sub- <br />consultant certifications, the CPR will issue a Letter of Compliance. <br /> <br />Additionally, and specifically in connection with the North Bay Road Bridge CGA is prepared to offer <br />professional services in the areas of: <br /> <br />.
