<br />Mr. Taylor has been responsible for a multitude of municipal engineering and
<br />development projects throughout Florida. This includes master design responsibility
<br />and oversight for a variety of projects. His background includes the design, permitting,
<br />and construction-related services for municipalities as well as private clients.
<br />Additionally, he has performed feasibility studies, preliminary and final site engineering,
<br />due diligence, construction inspection and certifications
<br />
<br />Mr. Taylor has designed tens of miles of roads, water main, sanitary, and storm sewers,
<br />along with thousands of acres of grading, drainage, and stormwater management on
<br />municipal, commercial, institutional, recreational, and industrial projects in the State of
<br />Florida.

<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Emerald Bay Resort & Marina, Great Exuma, Bahamas. Responsible for overall
<br />design, scheduling, budgeting, and management of design team for site improvements
<br />for a Four Seasons Hotel and Casino, an 18 hole Greg Norman designed golf course, and
<br />a 23 acre, 150 slip marina accommodating ships up to 200 feet in length.
<br />
<br />City of Oakland Park, Kimberly Lake Flood Control and Water Quality
<br />Enhancement Project., Oakland Park, FL; Project Director. The 72 acre Kimberly
<br />Lake drainage basin had been an area prone to extreme flooding for a number of years.
<br />The City of Oakland Park commissioned wished to develop alternate solutions to
<br />mitigate the flooding issues and present those to the City Commission. Helped the City to
<br />secure a $2,600,000 FEMA HGMP grant for a major portion ofthe construction. Directed
<br />surveying, engineering, consensus building, liaison with governmental agencies, and
<br />construction related services on the project. The new designed has met and even
<br />exceeded original expectations.

<br />Site Plan and Code Review of Engineering Related Items for the City of Weston,
<br />City of West Park, City of Dania Beach, and the Town of Surfside. Site Plan review
<br />and development of reports for engineering aspects of Site Plan submittal packages, and
<br />attendance at DRC meetings as a City representative. Review for Engineering
<br />construction Permits. Review of proposed City codes and ordinances prior to adoption
<br />by the City Commission for the City of Weston.
<br />
<br />Cougar Lane, Coconut Creek, FL; Project Manager. Design for milling and resurfacing,
<br />and drainage retrofit for one half mile of existing roadway in Coconut Creek.
<br />
<br />Griffin Road, Broward County, FL; Project Manager, Engineer of Record. Milling and
<br />resurfacing of two miles of highway and the addition of two lanes of new roadway to
<br />create a four lane section. This involved the addition of water quality improvements.
<br />
<br />NW 12th Street Improvements, Project Director. Design of roadway, drainage,
<br />pavement marking and striping for a street renovation project in the downtown area of
<br />Oakland Park.
