Member of design consultant field team providing construction inspection services to HDOT for a cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete twin viaduct 1.2 miles long, constructed segmentally in spans up to 360 feet. Carried out geometry control inspections of segments before and after casting. Surveyed cantilevers partially built for comparison with construction engineering stage cambered theoretical profiles and determined compliance with contract geometry. For the Puerto Rico Highway Authority,inspected construction of a pretensioned multi-beam concrete twin viaduct of 1.4 miles and divided highway of 1.5 miles length. Administered contract requirements, attended meetings with various contractor supervisors, trained and delegated duties of project inspectors. Provided construction survey services to the Puerto Rico Highway authority for a post-tensioned concrete bridge constructed segmentally and launched 1,270 feet into final position. Performed form checks and segment as built surveys for construction stages and monitored launching alignment. Alternate duties included monitoring of post tensioning, concrete placement operations and reporting to the resident engineer through project completion and liquidation. Bridge Inspector, 1-595/1-75 Interchange, Broward County. Inspected nine concrete bridges precast in 1,370 segments and erected in balanced cantilever. As member of design consultant team, provided construction services to FDOT in precast yard. Primary duties were checking reinforcing steel placement and monitoring post tensioning operations and overall quality assurance within the precast yard. Senior Inspector, 1-95 and Interchange to Donald Ross Road, Palm Beach County. Carried out inspection for FDOT on 4.1 miles of interstate highway and bridge construction. Page3116
