<br />quantity take-offs and estimates of material and trade processes of residential and commercial buildings from

<br />conformity with engineers' specifications, Auger cast and driven pile inspections, threshold and special

<br />Duties: Civil, structural and geotechnical engineering inspections for residential and
<br />commercial projects including, special, threshold and construction materials engineering inspections, pile driving
<br />and Auger cast pile installation, controlled fill and eat1hwork operations, ground improvement, and monitoring
<br />load tests. Projects include low and high rise buildings, parking structures, bridge and highway structures as well
<br />as industrial facilities, marinas, residential developments, and municipal utilities. He is also directly responsible
<br />for client contact, preparation of proposals, budget control and coordination of projects with architects, structural
<br />and project engineers, and construction contractors. His responsibilities also include supervising field personnel
<br />conducting structural inspections, pile installation inspections, roof inspections and testing, construction quality
<br />control inspections, coordinating work offield and office personnel, preparing reports, meeting deadlines,
<br />scheduling and prioritizing field and laboratory projects, maintenance of drilling equipment, and ordering of
<br />supplies. Serves as supervisor of drilling crews performing Geotechnical and environmental drilling operations
<br />and performs various laboratory tests of different construction materials and structural components to confirm
<br />strength parameters.
