(March, 2004 to date) <br /> <br />Mr. Schuler joined the firm as Chief Engineer, following a consulting relationship over the previous ten <br />years. In addition to management of field and laboratory operations, he is responsible for all reporting <br />produced by the firm. Mr. Schuler brings his geophysical/geotechnical consulting services and <br />structural/threshold inspection services to Wingelier Laboratories. <br /> <br />RHS Technical Services, Inc. (1989 to date) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Schuler founded the firm in February, 1989, initially specializing in asbestos and environmental <br />consulting services as well as providing services in geotec1mical and structural engineering. Since 1995, <br />the firm has developed its specialties in structural engineering and geophysical/geotec1mical consulting <br />serVIces. <br /> <br />Mr. Schuler developed the structural design and shop drawings of a total of five four-story condo <br />buildings (eighty-nine units total) for construction in Brazil. Design was in cold formed steel stud <br />members prefabricated and shipped in containerized kits for erection and assembly with local labor. <br />Walls are stucco finish.. <br /> <br />In 1992, RHS Technical Services, Inc. acquired a subsurface interface radar (SIR) system also known as <br />a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) system.
