Demolish and remove existing structures, including footings, foundations, asphalt pavement, <br />and trees. Property and asbestos surveys and permits included, as is temporary construction <br />fence around property and performance/payment bonds. Bid bond excluded as per Question 23 <br />of Addendum #1. <br /> <br />Excludes <br />.
