The City <br />received three proposals from the following vendors: <br /> <br />Properties to be demolished: L6.P:;O C_oW!}S .t\_y~jL6JOO<=-ollins Ave. <br /> <br />1. The BG Group, LLC: $26,316.00/$27,600.00 <br />2. Cross Construction Svcs: $52,850.00/$60,150.00 <br />3. Ocean Building Group: Bid Arrived Late <br /> <br />The BG Group, LLC is recommended for award in an amount not to exceed $53,916.00. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />During the demolition process, there may be several unforseen items that may cause the <br />contract to increase in price. These items include, but are not limited to, the following <br />items: <br /> <br />1.
