This agreement will provide for Aboard Publishing to produce 15,000 <br />copies of one publication that will include City highlights, information, services, and <br />upcoming events as well as where to dine, shop, stay, etc. The publication will consist of <br />20 text pages and 4 cover pages. The City will provide editorial for 12 pages. <br /> <br />Additionally, the City will be provided 2 pages of editorial in the hard cover GMCV8 <br />Visitors Guide / Vacation Planner that will be placed in 28,221 hotel rooms in 173 hotels <br />in the Greater Miami area. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />Advertising for this publication will be sold and retained by Aboard Publishing. <br /> <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> <br />Funding for this project is budgeted for and available in account number 10.572.53148 <br />for fiscal year 2011-2012. The first payment will not be issued until November, 2011 <br />after the start of the new fiscal year. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
