Grandinetti, Police Captain <br /> <br />9/15/20 II <br /> <br />Approval to expend up to $14,050.00 for the purchase of ten (10) <br />Macbook Pro Laptop Computers and Accessories for our <br />Detached Detective / DEA Task Force. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached resolution <br />authorizing the City Manager to purchase ten (10) Macbook Pro Laptop <br />Computers for use by our Sunny Isles Beach / DEA Task Force <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />The Sunny Isles Beach Police Department provides staffing and equipment to <br />our Task Force Units to assist in their proactive criminal investigations and <br />prosecution. This Sunny Isles Beach / DEA Task Force has requested these <br />laptop computers to assist with tracking of surveillance vehicles, storage of <br />investigative data and other investigative purposes. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />These Macbook Computers will be purchased from L.A.
