Sunny Isles Beach RFQ No. 16-06-02 <br />Landscape Architect Services <br />Pinecrest Parkway/US-1 <br />Pinecrest, Florida <br />Client name: Village of Pinecrest <br />Description of the scope of work: Pinecrest Parkway/ <br />US -1 is the main thoroughfare through the Village of <br />Pinecrest. The directive from the Village of Pinecrest was <br />to design streetscape enhancements in order to create a <br />more appealing destination through the introduction of <br />attractive gateway features, a sustainable median land- <br />scape design, decorative crosswalks, irrigation and land- <br />scape lighting. The landscape palette includes native <br />pines that that are a symbol of the splendor and history <br />of the Village of Pinecrest, native shade trees, flowering <br />trees and shrubs.
