<br />site improvements which included plazas, permeable paving, signage, fountain, site furniture, and extensive landscaping and
<br />irrigation. This project is registered to meet LEED Platinum Certification standards. (Landscape & hardscape construction costs
<br />approximately $550,000). 2011 NCMA/ICPI Design Award of Excellence.
