BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br />Deeridge Farms, a 250 acre equestrian estate in <br />Wellington follows the aesthetic of Frederick Law <br />Olmsted Jr., the father of Landscape Architecture. Some <br />of the Olmsted elements include the winding driveway <br />which offers intermittent glimpses of the house in the <br />distance; natural arbors of native tree species; ponds with <br />fountains and water fowl; picturesque bridges over water; <br />and expansive meadows with flowering trees, slash pines <br />and shade trees. The effect is one of wood pasture and <br />sprawling parkland, similar to the centuries-old <br />landscapes of gracious European estates.
