("Bell David") has provided various <br />planning and zoning services for the City on several projects. Staff is seeking <br />Commission authority to utilize Bell David for on-call planning and zoning review <br />services throughout the year. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the attached agreement, Bell David shall be compensated at a rate of $125.00 <br />per hour.
