<br />4. The proposed Phase II sales center shall provided valet parking services to all their <br />visitors and provides designated parking spaces to all their staff. <br /> <br />5. The sales center shall be removed within 90 days of issuance of the final certificate of <br />occupancy. Removal of sales center must comply with all City and County <br />requirements. <br /> <br />6. A bond or an acceptable letter of credit shall be posted by the applicant for the <br />amount $20,000 that would be necessary if the City were placed in the position of <br />having to remove said temporary sales building or trailer. <br /> <br />7. That the Applicant comply with all conditions and permit requirements of the <br />Department of Permitting, Environment and Regulatory Affairs (PERA), the Miami- <br />Dade County Fire Department (MDFD), Water and Sewer Department, Department <br />of Environmental Protection (DEP), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Effective Date. This Resolution will become effective upon adoption. <br /> <br />PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 2011. <br /> <br /> <br />jbrman S.
