Florida <br /> <br />Requests to the City Commission or City Staff be True and Accurate and Represent <br />Complete and Full Disclosure, Including Any Additional Information Required, Unless <br />Good Cause is Shown Why Such Disclosure Was Not Made; Providing that Upon a <br />Finding by the City Commission that this Ordinance was Violated, Any Action Taken <br />with Respect to the Matter, Whether Administratively or by Action of the City <br />Commission, is Rendered Voidable Regardless of the Time Within Which Such <br />Discovery is Made; Providing for Inclusion of this Ordinance in the City's Future Land <br />Development Regulations; Providing for Severability; Providing for an Effective Date. <br />(First Reading 12/13/01) <br /> <br />Action: City Clerk Brown-Morilla read the title and City Attorney Dannheisser <br />presented her report. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: none <br /> <br />Commissioner Kauffman moved and Vice Mayor Iglesias seconded a motion to approve <br />the ordinance. Ordinance No. 2001-149 was adopted by a roll call vote of 5-0 in <br />favor. <br />Vote: Commissioner Edelcup yes <br />Commissioner Goodman yes <br />Commissioner Kauffman yes <br />Vice Mayor Iglesias yes <br />Mayor Samson yes <br /> <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />9A. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, <br />Authorizing the Mayor to Execute an Application for Eligibility to Receive Federal <br />Surplus Property from the United States Department of Management Services, Bureau <br />of Federal Property Assistance; Providing the Police Department the Authority to <br />Request from the United States Department of Management Services, and to Receive as a <br />Donation a 1983 27-Foot "Fountain" Center Console Boat with Twin Mercury 200 HP <br />Outboard Motors and Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing <br />for an Effecti ve Date. <br /> <br />Action: City Clerk Brown-Morilla read the title and Chief Maas gave his report. City <br />Attorney Dannheisser clarified through questions that no application would be made by <br />the Police Department if it would require an expenditure of City funds. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: none <br /> <br />Commissioner Goodman moved and Commissioner Edelcup seconded a motion to <br />approve the resolution. Resolution No. 2002-411 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 <br />in favor. <br /> <br />4 <br />
