RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />9A. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, <br />Authorizing the Mayor to Execute an Application for Eligibility to Receive Federal <br />Surplus Property from the United States Department of Management Services, Bureau <br />of Federal Property Assistance; Providing the Police Department the Authority to <br />Request from the United States Department of Management Services, and to Receive as a <br />Donation a 1983 27-Foot "Fountain" Center Console Boat with Twin Mercury 200 HP <br />Outboard Motors and Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing <br />for an Effecti ve Date. <br /> <br />Action: City Clerk Brown-Morilla read the title and Chief Maas gave his report. City <br />Attorney Dannheisser clarified through questions that no application would be made by <br />the Police Department if it would require an expenditure of City funds. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: none <br /> <br />Commissioner Goodman moved and Commissioner Edelcup seconded a motion to <br />approve the resolution.
