CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL OF MEMBERS <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Edelcup at 7:35 p.m., with the following <br />officials present: <br />Mayor Norman S. Edelcup <br />Vice Mayor Gerry Goodman <br />Commissioner Roslyn Brezin (arrived at 7:47 p.m.) <br />Commissioner Danny Iglesias <br />Commissioner Lewis J. Thaler (via conference telephone) <br /> <br />City Manager Christopher J. Russo <br />City Attorney Lynn M. Dannheisser <br />City Clerk Jane A. Hines <br /> <br />Mayor Edelcup noted that Commissioner Thaler is in Connecticut and that we are trying <br />out on a trial basis, a telephone conference for this Commission meeting, and we will see <br />how it proceeds so that we will know in the future if this is an opportunity or not to make <br />sure all of our members are present at the Commission meetings. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brezin noted she was late because of a lockdown at her building due to a <br />minor fire. <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCEIINVOCA TION <br />Action: Vice Mayor Goodman led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Richard C. <br />Schulman gave an invocation. <br /> <br />Mayor Edelcup gave opening remarks of decorum. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />4. ORDER OF BUSINESS (AdditionslDeletions/Amendments) <br /> <br />4A. Request to Hear Items: Amendments to Items 6A, 9B and 9C. <br />Action: Mayor Edelcup announced the above amendments. <br />
