<br />Summary Minutes: Regular City Commission Meeting <br /> <br />May 6, 2004 <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> <br />to set the percentage at 70% retail, 30% lobby area. <br /> <br />Ms. Eichner summarized the following changes for the south side of Sunny Isles <br />Boulevard: <br />1) retail uses shall be required 70% or more of the first floor area, and said retail shall not <br />be counted towards the FAR; <br />2) the maximum density for lots for 400-feet or more is 75-units per acre; <br />3) the additional height above the 190, an additionallO-feet in height may be added to <br />the height of the building provided the width is decreased by 20-feet in the tower; and <br />4) the maximum height for the pedestal is five stories. <br />Commissioner Thaler clarified that the 190 includes the mechanical. <br /> <br />Commissioner Iglesias moved and Commissioner Thaler seconded a motion to adopt the <br />ordinance, as amended.
