An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, <br />Amending Ordinance Numbers 2000-110 and 2003-166; Adopting a Revised Fee <br />Schedule for the Building Department, Attached as Exhibit "A"; Providing the City <br />Manager with the Authority to Review Annually All Building Department Fees; <br />Providing for an Effective Date. <br />(First Reading 3/18/04) <br /> <br />Action: City Clerk Hines read the title and Building Administrator/Official Clayton Parker <br />reported, noting that he will send out a notice to all the condominiums. Commissioner <br />Thaler suggested putting an article in the Sunny Isles Beach Sun reporting the change, and <br />Mr. Parker said he would do that. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: none <br /> <br />Commissioner Iglesias moved and Commissioner Brezin seconded a motion to adopt the <br />ordinance.
