City Attorney Ottinot said that <br />this ordinance was created as a remedy to address the issues raised in the Supreme Court <br />decision that basically expanded the liability of municipalities. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brezin moved and Commissioner Iglesias seconded a motion to adopt the <br />ordinance.
