<br />Summary Minutes: Regular City Commission Meeting <br /> <br />April 11,2006 <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> <br />Henry Kay said he was concerned about who would measure the noise, and City Manager <br />SzerIag said that the noise will be measured by either the Police Department or the Code <br />Enforcement Officer, 24/7 by complaint. Mayor EdeIcup noted that it will be done basically <br />by complaint but the Code Enforcement people do work on Saturdays so they will be out on <br />the streets. He said they won't be sitting in front of a particular project, but if they happen to <br />hear it and see that there is a violation, and Henry Kay said then there will be a form of <br />surveillance rather then just a response to a complaint, and Mayor EdeIcup said yes. <br /> <br />Commissioner Thaler moved and Commissioner Iglesias seconded a motion to adopt the <br />ordinance.
