<br />Summary Minutes: Regular City Commission Meeting March 16,2006 <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> <br />12C. Add-On: <br />Discussion regarding Coordination of Activities. <br />Action: Mayor Edelcup said that there was a topic brought up that he feels bears some merit <br />and he would like the City Manager and staff to look at it and that is with all the confusion <br />we have had this past week with traffic and so many jobs going on simultaneously almost <br />grid locking the City, and he thinks that we need to have better coordination so that we don't <br />live through this past week as we have had to. He said that he thinks we need to look into <br />how to coordinate the activities that have to take place in this City so we are aware of all of <br />them and can prioritize how they can happen so we don't have the same confusion we had <br />this past week. City Manager Szerlag said that staff will examine the permit procedure and <br />see what kind of input we can have on the State highway. <br /> <br />13.
