<br />Summary Minutes: Regular City Commission Meeting March 16,2006 <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> <br />Public Speakers: none <br /> <br />Commissioner Thaler asked if a project were to come up where a complex was torn down and <br />started from scratch in one of the areas beyond 172nd Street that would not be included. <br />Mayor Edelcup said what Commissioner Thaler is suggesting is in the interior part of the City <br />that presently have overhead, if we could cover those areas such as single-family homes, low- <br />rise areas, town house areas. Mayor Edelcup said we have covered the business district and if <br />the Commission wants to look at bringing something forward later that covers the other <br />districts, rather then hold this one up. City Attorney Ottinot said we would follow through <br />with these comments to see what other areas we could cover. Mayor Edelcup said that some <br />areas should be excluded. <br /> <br />Commissioner Goodman moved and Vice Mayor Brezin seconded a motion to adopt the <br />ordinance.
