<br />Summary Minutes: Regular City Commission Meeting March 15,2007 <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> <br />Mayor Edelcup said that he was against this a few months ago but when the City Manager <br />informed him that we are going to be delayed with a permanent facility, he said then that we <br />need to provide these facility services in particularly in view of the fact that we are going to <br />have the loth Anniversary Celebration is this Park. He said that this has become a necessity <br />and recommended that we move forward and put it in and hopefully it will be a short period <br />of time as possible. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Thaler moved and Commissioner Iglesias seconded a motion to approve the <br />resolution. Resolution No. 2007-1069 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br />11. MOTIONS <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />12. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />l2A. Add-On: <br />Mayor Edelcup introduced a new reporter with the Miami Herald, Christina Kent who is now <br />going to be covering the City of Sunny Isles Beach in the Miami Herald "Neighbors". <br /> <br />13. CITIZENS' FORUM: REQUESTS, PETITIONS & OTHER COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />14.
