City Manager Szerlag said per <br />Commissioner Scholl's suggestion, "park-like setting" will be added to the definitions as: an <br />area free of debris; good landscaping; well maintained grass where feasible because in some <br />cases sand or concrete surfaces will prevail; and high-end fencing to see through the site. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Thaler moved and Commissioner Scholl seconded a motion to approve the <br />proposed ordinance on first reading, as amended. The motion was approved by a roll <br />call vote of5-0 in favor.
