Through <br />consultations with the Commission and Staff, Bonnie has developed the approved <br />Communications Standards Manual as well as several designs for the street banners, <br />quarterly catalog, advertisements, photo contest calendar, mailings and most recently, the <br />quarterly newsletter as well as many others. <br /> <br />Bonnie's designs are consistent with the approved standards and the desires of the <br />Commission. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />In addition to the design of new items, Bonnie provides the layout of each quarterly <br />newsletter, quarterly catalog and annual photo contest calendar, as well as uploading the <br />documents in the proper format for the printers, saving money on printing costs. This on- <br />going expense is the majority of the $31,000 which is based on historical data from the <br />previous fiscal year. <br /> <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> <br />Funds are available for this item in General Fund Account Number 10.572.5313 and <br />10.572.5314B. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
