<br />ARTICLE II <br /> <br />SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF SECOND AMENDMENT <br /> <br />This Second Amendment is entered into in order to increase the Sunny Isles <br /> <br />Beach branch library's hours of operation and set forth the terms upon which the <br /> <br />resulting increased costs will be paid. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III <br /> <br />RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES <br /> <br />A) THE CITY shall pay all costs associated with the increase in operating hours of the <br /> <br />Sunny Isles Beach branch library. Specifically, THE CITY shall pay the additional <br /> <br />salary costs, including any and all COLA and merit salary increases.
