Pursuant to Section 265-23 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br />Regulations, the Applicant is requesting to transfer 115,391 square feet of development <br />rights and 53 units. An adjustment to be made for a decrease of 115,391 square feet and <br />53 units from the City's Transfer of Development Rights Bank or TOR bank accounts <br />designated for private owners. <br /> <br />IV.
